2026 Columbia Women in Business Conference

Join us for the 33rd Annual Columbia Women in Business Conference! This all-day gathering brings together CBS students, alumni, and a broader community of leaders to celebrate the voices, experiences, and accomplishments of women and non-binary individuals across industries, roles, and generations.

This year’s theme, The Age of Influence: The Women Driving Markets and Shaping Culture, explores the many ways women are shaping the future of business, markets, and culture. Through candid conversations with influential leaders, industry-focused panels, and opportunities to connect across the Columbia community, the conference will examine how women are navigating change, making high-stakes decisions, driving innovation, and redefining leadership in an increasingly complex world.

Attendees are also invited to join us for a pre-conference networking reception at M.M.LaFleur’s Bryant Park showroom on Thursday, November 5.
